For a local union representing more than one administration (z.B a VHA establishment and a VBA establishment), this union receives a minimum local allowance of 4.25 hours (OT) per year for each RDTE bargaining unit represented by that local union. i x TOTAL OF U.C.U., represented by local times – OT ii.
